About us
We are a small workshop at Gaujas iela 20 in Riga. Two people look after the cars here, and both got into it the same way: through their own car and the wish to keep it in good shape.

I have always liked clean, well-kept cars. I have never seen my own cars as just a way to get around: I have always washed them, looked after them and cherished them.
About seven years ago I started taking a closer interest in how to care for a car properly. Searching online, I came across the word detailing. At first it was simply a hobby and a wish to learn more myself.
Six years ago I started detailing in practice, at first on my own car and on friends' cars. The more I did, the more I wanted to understand, to try things and to do them better.
Little by little, more and more people beyond my circle of friends trusted me with their cars. Five years ago there was so much work that the hobby grew into a business, and LX Car Detailing was founded.
Today, five years on, I am still involved in the daily work myself. What matters to me is not only the end result but also how we get there: carefully, without hurry and with attention to detail.
LX Car grew out of a simple interest in a clean car. And that is still what it comes down to today: I like seeing a well-kept car and knowing that I have done my job the way it should be done.
Detailer
Bruno
Bruno's interest in detailing also began simply, with his own car. The wish to keep it clean and well cared for gradually grew into an interest in how car care can be done even more thoroughly and professionally.
The more he looked into car care, the deeper he went into the world of detailing: from the various products and techniques down to the smallest details that make up the end result.
About six years ago Bruno decided to turn this interest into a profession and joined the detailing trade. Today he applies that knowledge and experience in his daily work at LX Car Detailing.
One of Bruno's defining qualities is accuracy and precision. He developed this attitude to work while repairing bicycles too, where it is often the smallest details that decide the result.
He takes exactly the same approach to detailing: no rushing, notice the nuances and do the work carefully.
